She Decided was created to support black and ethnically marginalised women in creating financially secure futures for themselves and their families.
The goal is to support black and ethnically marginalised women, particularly those on low to medium incomes with their financial wellbeing so they become financially resilient and stable. This is where financial ease comes in!
WHY?
Wealth in the UK is unequally distributed, black and ethinically marginalised households have 10 times less wealth than white British people. They are also more likely to be affected by structural inequalities that limit their ability to earn more income - we want to change that.
